FHIIT LAB is a 60-minute heart rate-based high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class that combines running, rowing and resistance training exercises to burn 500-1000 calories per session. Our innovative training program works to challenge the body with a variety of different training modalities and movements to burn fat, improve your cardiovascular system and build lean muscle.

Our workouts combine state-of-the-art heart rate tracking technology with high-intensity interval training, a training technique that alternates short bursts of intense activity with brief periods of rest, to create a unique fitness experience that is both personalized and results-based. During our 60-minute sweat sessions, you will perform multiple bouts of intervals at varying heart rate intensities on the treadmill (run), WaterRower (row), and floor (lift), all guided by your individual heart rate on the big screen.These sequence of intervals are designed to produce excess post-exercise oxygen consumption or afterburn, which is a calorie-burning boost that lasts for up tp 36 hours post-workout.This means that you'll continue to burn calories at an accelerated rate, even after class is finished. The net effect: better results in less time.

This is why HIIT is more effective at helping you burn more fat and calories than regular aerobic and steady-state workouts.
